Biography:
Thomas H. Ross, M.D. was born and raised in Bridgeport, Connecticut. He graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1968, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, majoring in Zoology.
Dr. Ross attended medical school at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee and graduated with honors in 1973. He was elected to membership in the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society in 1972.
Dr. Ross did his medical internship at the University of Miami affiliated Hospitals in 1973 through 1974. He then trained in the Dermatology Residency Program at the University of Pennsylvania from 1973 through 1977. He has published article in several medical journals.
Dr. Ross moved to Florida in July of 1977 and has been in private practice since that time. He is married with three grown children.
His area of expertise includes the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancers, and most aspects of medical dermatology. This includes the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the skin, hair and nails.
Dr. Ross is a Certified Diplomat of the American Board of Dermatology.
