Biography:
Ariella Garmizo is an experienced and passionate dermatology physician assistant with a background in skincare. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of North Florida, a Master's degree in Biomedical Sciences from Barry University, and graduated with her Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Lincoln Memorial University in 2020. With her extensive knowledge and skills, she provides comprehensive care to patients of all ages.
Prior to obtaining her physician assistant education, Ariella worked as a licensed esthetician and medical assistant in dermatology in Boca Raton, where her passion for skincare was born. Her expertise in dealing with various skin types and conditions enables her to develop personalized treatment plans for each patient.
Ariella has been serving the Treasure Coast area since 2020, and she joined Dr. Kowalczyk at our Jupiter location in the Spring of 2023. Ariella takes interest in all aspects of dermatology and closely collaborates with Dr. Kowalczyk to provide the best possible care to her patients. She emphasizes the importance of skin health and believes in preventive care being key to maintaining healthy skin. She is committed to staying up to date with latest advancements in dermatology and is a Diplomat of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. She is determined to provide the highest quality of care and is proud to be part of a team that strives to improve the health and well-being of patients in the community.
In her free time, Ariella loves working out, horse-back riding, and spending time with her family and friends. She is eager to meet new patients and help them achieve their skin health goals.
