Biography:

Dr. John Kowalczyk is double board-certified in Dermatology and Mohs Micrographic Surgery. A native of South Florida, he attended The Miller School of Medicine at The University of Miami and a Dermatology Residency at The University of Miami/ Jackson Memorial Hospital. During this time, Dr. Kowalczyk served as Chief Resident, and upon graduation was awarded both the Excellence in Dermatologic Surgery Award and Award for Dermatology Research.

Dr. Kowalczyk combines patient-centered care that emphasizes patient education with an evidence-based clinical approach. He has authored more than 10 scholarly articles published in top medical journals. He is also a diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology and is a member of national, state, and local dermatological societies.

Dr. Kowalczyk lives in Jupiter with his wife and 2 sons.
